  • Yes it can be used with any that have a M30x1.5 thread. Including the current models from Honeywell, Drayton, Biworld and Myson
  • A NC actuator will push the pin down when no power is applied (i.e. closed with no power). A NO actuator will only push the pin down when power is applied (i.e. open with no power). So the type of actuator you need is determined by the controller controlling it.
  • It will close when power is applied to it. It will open when no power is applied. Due to the slow moving nature of it, a thermostat will normally keep it in a mid position when the temperature is around the set-point If you need set proportional opening, then you need HCO code 15E08 and a suitable proportional control.
