Would this replace the UPM3 25/75 Flex AS130 AZAMany Thanks Answers1

If it is controlled solely by a normal Live-Neutral-Earth cable, then yes.

If it also has a PWM cable from a control, then no.

The fitter used a Grundfos UPM3 FLEX AS 25-75 130 AZA pump on the underfloor heating without any external control system apart from an on/off thermostat. I think it should have been the UPM3 AUTO, would you agree? Is it worth swapping over?

Without a PWM signal, it will run at full speed which isn't great of only a few zones are open. It will also use more electric than a self-modulating pump.
