  • Hi.  Yes, as long as it controlling a gas or oil boiler.  You will need to isolate the neutral wire as it will not be needed by the HRT4-B.

  • Yes. You will need to isolate the neutral as it is not needed by the digital thermostat.
  • The batteries go into the back of the thermostat. Make sure you switch off the electric before removing the thermostat from its backplate. It uses 2 x normal AAA batteries.
  • No. The HRT4-ZW is wireless, but the HRT4-B is wired.
