You will need to connect the live-in and live-out once you remove the thermostat, but other wise yes.
-
Just set 5 and 6 to match the temperature of 4.
-
The links on the backplate for the H3747 should be L-2-4
-
No, you need HCO code 13E01.
-
The thermostat inside the PTD is optional. So all zones can have wired thermostats, and the H3747 will only control on/off.
-
Hi. Yes it will. I would recommend getting a THS sensor as well, so you can have temperature control in both heating zones.
-
You just need to swap terminals 4 and 5 on the backplate. The H3747 will then plug onto the existing backplate.
-
Assuming all 3 receivers are in the same physical location, then yes. You will need the WiFi adaptor as well for WiFi control.
-
It will require electrical links between terminals L, 2 and 4 by somebody competent.
-
All settings are retained.
-
Yes, you can use this with the WiFi card. It will fit the existing backplate with some minor wiring changes needed.
-
This will work with your existing thermostats, so you don't need anything else.
-
The PTD is still required to program it offline. I'm not sure it would work without it connected.
-
If you are using the PTD internal sensor or the optional remote sensor on that zone, then you control temperature, so set a lower temperature.
If you set that zone up as having a wired thermostat, then it is just on/off control.
Yes, you can boost the zone for 1 or 2 hours if required.

Hi
No, you need the C1727. A backplate change will be needed.
